OAGCT is a not-for-profit volunteer association founded to bring together concerned professionals and other persons interested in gifted, creative, and talented youth for their mutual support and growth. Our vision is a challenging education that reaches and stretches potential for all students.
The Oklahoma Association of Gifted, Creative, and Talented (OAGCT) Board met on Tuesday, June 4, 2013. During the meeting board members committed to helping rebuild the Gifted Education programs at Plaza Tower Elementary and Briarwood Elementary in Moore, Oklahoma. The commitments made include: a donation of $500 per site for the gifted education specialist to use toward rebuilding the program, two free conference registrations to the 2014 OAGCT Conference, and a free institutional membership to OAGCT for all Moore Public School Gifted and Talented teachers.
